REDISCOVER

Do I need to rediscover who I am, what I love, where do I belong?

You Don’t Need Permission—But You Do Need a Plan

When I first started dreaming about stepping away, I felt like a fraud. I had responsibilities. People counting on me. A career I’d built over decades. And yet, something deep inside whispered: You’ve got to find another way. So I started sketching it. One step at a time. A sabbatical was no longer some fantasy. It became an exit strategy. And it worked—not because I was fearless, but because I was methodical.

Build Rhythms, Not Routines

Routine is what burned you out. Rhythm is what brought you back to life. The old life was built around obligation. The new one? Built around alignment. You don’t need another productivity system. You need a beat that matches your heart.
Start with morning walks. One sacred hour a day for nothing. Saying no to what drains you—even when it’s “good”. Scheduling rest before urgency. Rhythm is how you remember who you are.
